Biography
Jeannetta is an energy, public-private partnership and legal consultant. Shehas 10+ years of experience in advising governments, lenders, donorsand private developers on large-scale PPP infrastructure transactions across various sectors and jurisdictions. Jeannetta has supported several energy and PPP initiatives across the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, including GET.invest Finance Catalyst, USAID, PowerAfrica and the IISD. She also served as the Lead Transactions Advisor for the PPP unit of the Rwandan Government, where she structured and negotiated over USD 800 million in investments. In her legal career, Jeannetta spent time as a project finance associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP representing banks, sponsors, Fortune 500 companies and other institutional investors in cross-border transactions. Jeannetta holds a JD from Boston University and a BA from Wake Forest University in Political Science and Japanese.

Biography
John is an entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience designing and implementing market-led development projects in Southern Africa. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Financial Services International, LLC (FSI), an outsourcing services and consulting company based in Lusaka, Zambia. Previously, he was the Co-Founder and Managing Director of VITALITE Zambia, Limited. Prior to founding VITALITE, he co-founded international development firm SVA Services International, and worked for Deloitte Emerging Markets Group and investment bank FBR. John holds a PhD from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business, an MBA from Cornell University and a BA from Duke University.

Biography
Rose is the current head of Legal and Company Secretary of Absa Bank Zambia. Previously she worked at Standard Chartered Bank Zambia as the Country Legal Manager. She was subsequently promoted to Company Secretary and Legal Manager and thereafter Head of Legal and Company Secretary. Rose has over 13 years Corporate Governance and Legal Risk Management experience gained in the financial sector. Rose holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Commercial and International Investment both from the University of Zambia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Education. She also has Certification in Investment Advisers and Stockbrokers, Certification in Corporate Governance, Certification in Employment and Labour Relations all from Zambian institutes. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance from the University of Zambia.

Mr. Tom Erichsen is an experienced Norwegian business leader with more than 20 years of experience within energy and environmental markets. Tom has been a Partner and CEO of Differ (www.differgroup.com) since 2012. Differ is a Norwegian investment and strategic advisory firm operating within distributed energy solutions - with a focus on developing country markets. In Differ, Tom has co-founded and invested in several energy businesses targeting developing country markets, including PV solar energy solutions, energy storage and battery technologies, energy efficient appliances and clean cooking solutions. Tom comes from a career in management consulting in PA Consulting Group, through a role as Director of Advisory in Thomson Reuters Point Carbon, a leading analyst in carbon & energy markets. Tom holds a MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Business and Economics (NHH), with a major in finance.

Biography
Sydney is a Financial Economist and Chartered Accountant (ACCA charter holder and Fellow) with expertise in financial accounting, data analytics, escrow accounting and budgeting. He has worked in Lesotho, Malawi, South Africa, UK and Zambia. In Zambia he has worked for the country’s ministry of health as a consultant where he oversaw various projects such as; D-Washe, Global Funds and UNICEF. He has also worked on various UN-OIM projects providing advisory services as a consultant. Furthermore, he is an external examiner for Higher Education Authority (HEA) of Zambia. He is also an advisor to the Research Unit at the Jesuits Centre for Theological Reflection (JCTR) of Zambia. Academically, Chikalipah has part-time and visiting positions at the UCT in the department of Finance, and the Copperbelt University at the Graduate School of Business. Sydney holds a PhD in Finance from UCT (RSA). An MSc in Finance from the University of Reading (UK) and a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK).
